Roger’s Recent Work

Real jobs from Burlington and Camden County, from CO fixes to comprehensive projects. One guy, start to finish.

Failed CO in Edgewater Park

This charming 900 square foot ranch home hit the market in August.

The real estate agent reached out after a failed CO: the enclosed back porch siding was rotting away. Roger got to the property quickly, color-matched the home's existing T-111 siding, and replaced it inside and out, within the seller's budget. The reinspection was an immediate pass.

Failed CO in Haddon Township

The sellers were worried when their home failed on several items in the CO: railings not quite reaching the front door, no handrail on the attic stairs, missing spindles on the basement stairs, and a stove that needed an anti-tip bracket. The agent called Roger knowing it would get done quickly and without fuss. He installed railings on both sides of the front stairs (matched to the existing ones), and handled the rest. The home passed reinspection.

Seller Prep in Cherry Hill

The sellers of this stunning mid-century modern home were aiming for a premium price. A style this unique had to be staged perfectly to get there. One thing was holding the primary bedroom back: an awkward, unfinished nook that brought the whole room down. The stager, McGinley Interiors, called Roger, and he built a full floor-to-ceiling shelving unit to match the home’s style. It completed the room, and the sellers were thrilled.

Failed CO in Marlton Rental

This rental property had already failed its CO inspection twice, and the agent representing the property knew it was time to bring in a professional.

She called Roger—who discovered an issue with the smoke & carbon monoxide detectors. He put in three new detectors and fixed the wiring on the others. The next inspection was a pass.

Pre-CO Walkthrough in Mount Holly

The clients were buying and selling at the same time, so the agent arranged a pre-CO walkthrough before listing to avoid closing delays. The home was gorgeous throughout, but even beautiful homes can hide issues. Roger found missing smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a laundry room outlet that wasn't GFCI, and a couple of other minor things. Small stuff, but catching it upfront meant no rebooking the CO inspector for a recheck.
